We do have a phone line (+1-815-301-8403), but we disclose upfront that support via phone is on a 'best efforts' basis. Phone support is often great to have, especially for services based organisations. However, we've found that phone support isn't scalable nor efficient for a web-based software business like ours. Any technical issues usually involve troubleshooting and investigation which may take a little time and love with our creation. Rest assured we'll get back to you as fast as we can by email - make sure to check your 'spam' email folders for our reply if one doesn't arrive soon.
